I suppose I should write a little about myself. I grew up in Washington state. Still live there. I am a Christian and a knitter. I would love to learn a new language and how to spin yarn. I will be volunteering at my local animal shelter for a while as I have been out of work for a while now. I love indie dyed yarn and fiber. Just right now I can't afford it. So right now I'm using my stash. My favorite time of year is Thanksgiving and Christmas. Thanksgiving to remember how grateful I am and Christmas for giving. I love to give presents to people I get a rush from it. I have a knitting group at a church that I attend and am saving up for spinning classes. Thats me. Anyhoo happy knitting all.

I have been knitting for a year now. I'm starting projects that are garter stitch and easy. I've started a queue on Ravelry of the projects I want to do next but for now this is as far as I've gotten.

 

I've also got an interest in spinning from a drop spindle. They have a class at a local yarn store that I want to go to to learn. Ill keep you all updated with my progress.
